how to order your portrait

We will discuss size, timing, and most importantly your pet! You
will get to decide as much or as little as you want about how the
painting will look. The options are endless for color, composition,
and style.

Email or mail a completed
order form with all of you and your pet's information.
mailphotographs
Along with your
order form, I will
need you to provide me with 3 or more photographs of your pet.
Quality photos are required no less than 4 weeks before your desired
completion date. Submitting late reference photos may result in a
significantly delayed delivery date. These can be digital images
sent over email, or actual prints sent in the mail. Please remember,
the better the pictures, the better the painting. Close-ups of the
face are best but make sure all images are in focus. Photographs
that accurately capture how you want your pet portrayed in the
portrait are crucial to the process and will be returned with the
finished painting.

payment
50% of the payment is due when the order is placed to secure a completion
date. The balance
will be due when you receive the finished painting and are 100%
satisfied.
finishedproduct
When the painting is finished, I will let you know and confirm the
shipping address. I will enclose a bill in the package for the
remaining balance and shipping costs. This balance is due only upon
receiving a painting that you are completely satisfied with. When
completely satisfied, invite all your friends over to view your new
piece of art!
